Hydra Billing has several components:
- Provisioning module: Hydra controls customer access and is compatible with many types of devices and software services: BRAS, PBX (including softswitches), Ethernet switches, CAS, IPTV middleware and OTT services. It also includes integrated RADIUS and DHCP servers.
- Mediation module: Hydra downloads and processes CDR in multithreaded mode using customizable rules. They support parsing in various CDR formats, the conditional addition/ cutting or replacement of prefixes, processing gaps, downloading CDR which has already been rated, downloading for several subsidiaries and conditional selection of the CDR processing stack. The Mediation module also receives, collects and rates Netflow and RADIUS accounting data.
- Customer Self-Care Portal: The customer can independently manage his subscription to price plans and other options, receive a breakdown of services and payments, download an invoice, top up his balance via VISA/Mastercard and give his bank card details for automatic payments. The Self-Care Portal design can be adapted to your corporate style. It is supplied with source code and REST API.
- Payment Gateway: Allows for payments to be received via VISA/Mastercard, ATMs, cash-in terminals, electronic wallets and dealers. The customer is supplied with source code which allows him to develop his plugins for new payment systems.
- RADIUS Server: Based on FreeRADIUS and able to handle tens of thousands of requests per second, it supports the following service models: Cisco ISG, Ericsson SmartEdge and Juniper as well as AAA for VoIP services. It can be adjusted for any kind of device. It is supplied with source code so it can be customized and refined.
- Order Management: Hydra OMS (order management system)-- an open source application for managing service/job orders and business processes. It is intended for use in companies and automates their complex and/or frequently changing business processes. Hydra OMS allows companies to automate their order execution, build business process models with ISO standardized BPMN 2.0 and provide employees with a user-friendly order execution wizard.
